By using Affiliate Creatives, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided
Affiliate Creatives offers tools and services to assist with affiliate marketing, including content creation and product promotion materials.

3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information during registration or transactions.
Use our website and services for lawful purposes only.
Do not engage in activities that may harm or disrupt our website.

4. Affiliate and Business Owner Responsibilities
Business Owners:
- Business owners are responsible for verifying affiliate videos and determining their eligibility for payout.
- Business owners must pay out affiliates for videos that meet the agreed criteria.
- Using Affiliate Creatives to scam affiliates or wrongfully withhold payments violates these Terms of Service.

Affiliates:
- Affiliates are not guaranteed payouts for submitted videos.
- Video verification and payouts are solely determined by the business owner.
If the video is not verified or remains pending, Affiliate Creatives is not liable for payouts.

General Conditions:
- Payments to affiliates are only processed for verified earnings after the business owner has transferred payment to Affiliate Creatives.
- Affiliate Creatives cannot transfer funds for videos that remain pending or are not verified and paid by the business owner.

5. Payment, Refunds, and Stripe Reliance
- Affiliate Creatives relies on Stripe for fund transfers and payouts. If a user’s Stripe account becomes ineligible or is banned, payments and transfers will not be processed.
- We reserve the right to add fees for affiliate payments or transfering a balance from an affiliate account
- Affiliate Payouts are 100% non refundable
- Refunds for services are granted at Affiliate Creatives' sole discretion, based on the circumstances of your request.

6. Banning Policy
- Affiliate Creatives reserves the right to ban any user, whether an affiliate or business owner, without prior notice.
- If banned, the user is not guaranteed to receive payouts, regardless of verified or pending earnings.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, is owned by Affiliate Creatives and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our services “as is” and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of our website or services.

9. Limitation of Liability
Affiliate Creatives is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or services, except as required by law.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website for violating these Terms of Service or engaging in harmful activities.
